Video: Cristiano Ronaldo surpasses Pele to become the second highest goalscorer ever

Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals and provided a decisive pass to lead Juventus to a big 4-1 victory against Udinese on Sunday evening, surpassing the record of Brazilian football legend Pele and close to the world top scorer title.

CR7 opened the scoring after a pass from Aaron Ramsey in the 31st minute, then made an assist to his teammate Federico Chiesa, to boost the homeowner's lead after 4 minutes of the second half.

Ronaldo scored again in the 70th minute, raising his tally to 14 goals in the league this season, two goals ahead of his closest competitors.

With his second goal, Ronaldo scored 758 goals in his career, and one goal surpassed Pele in the number of goals scored in official matches at the club and national team.

And now Cristiano is only two goals away from smashing the number of Czech legend Josef Bican, who has the most goals in official matches in football history, to fulfill his dream of reaching the world top scorer title, even if Messi may compete with him for this title.
